This 24x36 seating chart is for purchase with one of our City Collection table card orders and can be customized to match the table cards in your set. This layout can accommodate up to approximately 150 guests. For higher guest counts please reach out and we will work with you to assess the addition design fee required based on your project.

When you place the order, please email us at hello [!at] pineapplestreetdesigns.com with the following information:
♥What would you like as the title for your seating chart?
♥What font would you like your title in? (See font guide in listing photos)
♥Your *completely finalized* seating chart with your guests names exactly as you would like them written (either individually listed or as couples). See the last two photos of the listing for examples of how your excel spreadsheet can be formatted.

*We must receive your seating chart no later than 3 weeks before the date you would like your seating chart delivered to you! Please let us know if this timeline doesn't work for you and we can discuss rush fees.

Process:
♥Once we receive your finalized seating chart, you will receive your first round of design proofs from us in 1-3 business days.
♥You have one round of revisions included with your purchase. After you receive your first design proofs you will have the opportunity to email us with any changes you would like to the spacing of the seating chart and to confirm that your guests have all been included and spelled correctly.*
♥Once you have approved your design for print, you will receive it in approximately 7 business days.
*Please note that once we send your first design proofs, if you send a completely updated or rearranged seating chart, an additional design fee will apply depending on the number of changes.

PLEASE NOTE: Seating chart posters are shipped in a tube and will need to be framed for display. Canvases do not need to be framed and can be displayed easily on an easel.
